Transtek offers a full range of power transformers for different applications, design for both through-hole and SMD applications. All of our components can be custom designed and are RoHS compliant (as are all our product offerings), and endure rigorous in-house reliability testing that tests thermal shock, high/low temperature, high humidity, and high pressure (if required). Our products include power inductors, main transformers, laminated low-frequency transformers, gate driver transformers, common mode chokes, current sense magnetics, chokes, and other custom designed magnetics.
Backlight Inverter
Transtek’s expertise in backlight inverter transformers started with our patented 2-in-1 inverter design and continues on today with 4-in-1 LIPS Inverters and 2-in-1 Jin Balance. Since then, our inverter magnetics are supplied into various consumer segments, include TVs (from 22” up to 52”), Monitors (from 15” to 21”), and Notebook PC’s. Transtek manufactures both Jin Balance transformers and CCFL/EEFL inverter transformers, with inverters that range in power from 8W up to 200W and even super-slim inverters that are designed with a maximum height of 4.8mm.
Automobile
Transtek develops and produces a vast variety of automotive coils and transformers, based on industry standard designs, customer-specified designs, or in-house R&D. Our products are tested to AECQ-200 standards to ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability. Our products include (but are not limited to): power inductors, planar inductors, solenoid coils, A/C clutch coils, ignition coils, antenna coils, immobilizer coils, lamination transformers, chokes, current sensors, CMC, and SMPS magnetics for HEV platforms.
Solar
Transtek’s focus on the solar market stems from our longstanding interest in environmentally conscious production, and the belief that our high product reliability is optimally suited for use in solar applications which require a long operational lifetime under extreme conditions. Our magnetics are designed with high power capacities, able to fulfill high current demands and high efficiency operation that is crucial for solar inverters. Our products can also be encapsulated for insulation and thermal purposes.
